Please make sure you include the following information for quick and smooth support:
- Latest Version
Make sure that you are using the latest update of Epic Pen, you can find this on our homepage
- Pro Licenses
If you need help with your Pro license, including bugs or resets please include your code in your ticket and keep the ticket private. If you have lost your code and cannot find your receipt please include your name and the email used to purchase it.
- Feature requests
We believe the best way to develop Epic Pen is with our customers needs in mind. Please check our roadmap first for search current submissions before adding a ticket. You can also like others suggestions to give us an idea of whats popular.
Support is monitored from Monday to Friday in office hours with European timing. Questions will be answered in the order received.
